How many times have we at MadridLondonBeauty stressed the importance of facial cleansing for beautiful skin?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Now the Christmas holidays are approaching, and we are going to put on more make-up, long dinners, partying with friends until late… and what a laziness to remove make-up before going to bed! It is a feeling we all have, but we should know that, if we do not do it, we will accumulate more impurities, our skin will be drier (we already know that dry skin tends to get wrinkles) and of course it can cause more serious problems such as the appearance of sties, for example.<\/p>\n

If you have seen my last video in which I talk about serums<\/a>, you will have noticed that I have discovered the Isdin brand beyond the sun creams (I recommend you try the glycolic acid serum and the hyaluronic acid serum, which are some of the bests I have tried this year). When their new cleansing oil arrived at the pharmacy, I couldn’t help but buy it and try it as the first step in my double cleansing routine.<\/p>\n

What is double facial cleansing?<\/h2>\n

Double cleansing consists of using different products to achieve clean skin. The first product is usually an oil or a balm that is applied with the fingers on dry skin and serves to remove waterproof makeup and the remains of oil that we have on the skin.<\/p>\n

Once we have dissolved the make-up with the oil, we wet our hands and continue massaging. It will create a milky emulsion, yes, the oil turns into milk, as you read. And when everything is homogeneous, we remove it with water. I like to help myself with a soft muslin, it leaves the skin beautiful, soft and I would even say luminous, I love it!<\/p>\n

Then comes the second step with a gel or foam product to remove impurities, traces of sweat, pollution… for deep cleansing. I use the Caudalie<\/a> foam on a wet face after removing the oil, I put a “pump” in my hand and spread it all over my face with a small massage and then I remove it with water and finish rinsing it with the muslin to remove all the dirt that might remain.<\/p>\n

After cleansing, my skin is nice and clean, ready for me to apply the treatment. Although it looks like it will take a long time, it is really no more than 3 minutes of cleansing. If you are too lazy to do it before going to bed, you can try doing it before dinner or when you go home in the evening, it is not important what time you do it, the important thing is to go to bed with clean skin.<\/p>\n
