What Eyeshadow Primer Potion promises: It’s an eye shadow primer for the eyelids. It is applied after the foundation and before the shadow. MLB Opinion: This shadow base does exactly what it promises. It does not create creases during the day even if it is a very intense day. If your eyelids are oily, this is the product for you to avoid unsightly creases and greatly increase the durability of your eye shadow.
