One of the most popular summer collections these weeks is Dolce Diva by Kiko Milano and it is no wonder, because it exudes summer and the Mediterranean, crystal clear waters, lots of tan and lots of glow, how wonderful.
Kiko gave me the opportunity to try part of the collection and I could not have been more excited; I was looking forward to it and seeing it in person was a wow! It is one of the most successful collections of the year and no wonder.
I went to the shop, specifically to Portal de la Marina in Ondara. And I have to say that shopping in Kiko shops, for me is one of the best experiences in shop, the girls are friendly and let you go at your own pace, they explain to the detail anything you ask them and show you swatches of everything, always with the maximum hygiene measures, which are critical times. It is a pleasure to buy in shop and on the web, as they always have very succulent promotions.
The collection has everything for a Summer Look, with rigid and elegant, luxurious packaging and finishes in blue, white and gold. You can find brushes, sponges, foundations or skin beautifiers, bronzers, liquid or powder highlighters, loose powder shadows, wonderful eye quads, fixed and stiletto lipsticks and even an after sun, of course. Summer in vain, please.
I will tell you what I have tried and what has really impressed me:
Dolce Diva Baked Bronzer:
You need it, it is absolutely gorgeous. It is huge, with baked powder and a marbled effect that gives it that luminous character. The 02 shade is darker and colder, but on medium skin it is perfect, it modulates beautifully and leaves a super healthy and slightly luminous look. It is simply ideal, I promise.
Dolce Diva Perfecting Face Fluid spf 50:
An exceptionally light, yet high coverage perfector. It leaves a very natural and comfortable look, evens the tone, and leaves the skin ready for a simple look. I loved it and I think it is going to become a must-have this summer.
Dolce Diva Glam Cushion Highlighter:
These cream highlighters are a real marvel, I have the 02 shade, but so many girls have written to me saying that the 01 is beautiful and really necessary. I think it is already sold out in some shops (wink wink). What are you waiting for?
The 02 is a little browner and with a particle (which I think is gorgeous, by the way) and comes in a cushion format, just like the Charlotte Tilbury highlighters. Simply pour the product onto the back of your hand and apply with a brush or sponge. The result is spectacular and very diva-like.
Dolce Diva Baked Blush Trio:
Once again Kiko outdoes itself. These baked blushes, in three different shades, are a spectacle. Pigmented and slightly satiny, they give sun-kissed skin and hold up to mascara without a problem. Shade 03 is a cool mauve that looks like day at the beach.
Dolce Diva Magnetic Loose Eyeshadow:
A loose powder eyeshadow, but with a convenient applicator. All pigments should be like this because it saves you disasters and falls.
The shades are lovely and have a thousand and one sparkles. I took the 05 that I use as a topper for a cream shadow and the effect is incredible. I highly recommend them and some of the shades are to die for love.
Dolce Diva Glam-Lips Stylo:
These long-wearing, mascara-resistant lipsticks are comfortable and do not leave a dry feeling at all. I chose shade 01, which is a slightly warm, slightly warm nude that instantly gives a healthy, juicy lip effect. I do not rule out getting the other shades, because I have to admit that I am loving this one.
At the moment I can say that I will soon make another stop in the shop because I cannot stay without trying many things that tempt me from this collection. I am in love with what I have tried and that is precisely why I think I will not be able to resist.
I highly recommend the profile of @paumakeupflawless where she shows you with spectacular swatches many little things from the collection. Just like @ratolina, she has a video of herself doing her make-up with part of the collection and the result is so beautiful, I swear: you are going to find it really hard to resist.
