What is MOISTURIZING DAY CREAM by WeDo Professional?
Moisturizing Day Cream is a product that fulfils the 3R rule perfectly:
- Reuse: The formula allows it to be used as a hand cream as well as a hair cream. The formulation of both products is quite similar. We look for a very emollient formula in both, that does not leave a greasy residue.
- Reduce: The format in which we find this product is a tube, and they are usually made of plastic as a general rule. In this case, we have a tube with 50% of plastic recycled, coming from plastics collected from the oceans together with another 44% of recycled materials. So, not only do we reduce the use of plastic in the production of this tube, made from 94% recycled materials, but we also reduce the number of plastics that pollute our oceans.
- Recycle: This part seems quite obvious but depending on the type of materials from which the tubes are made, only when we have mono-material packaging is it really possible to recycle them. When we have different mixtures of components the task becomes very complicated. In this case, they clearly indicate that it is possible to recycle and invite us to do so.
What assets does it own?
The key ingredient is Murumuru Butter, quite similar in properties to coconut oil, this butter attracts and retains moisture in the follicle, softening the hair. It also helps to improve the strength, resilience, and flexibility of the hair, transforming the hair.
As far as the skin is concerned, Murumuru Butter has anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to maintain hydration in the skin by sealing in moisture.
It is a vegan formula with no silicones, and 97% of the ingredients are of natural origin.
Who is it suitable for?
This formula is very emollient and therefore targets dry and rough areas of the skin and is also very gentle on the hair.
What is it like?
It is a white emulsion, quite viscous, and as the tube has a fairly small orifice, it is amazingly easy to control the amount of product you apply.

Since I had the opportunity to try this product, Moisturizing Day Cream, I am an absolute fan. I have always liked to apply hand creams from the mid-lengths to the ends of my hair, but now with this product I get a much lighter, shinier finish.
I use it to deeply moisturise my hair when I come back from the beach. My hair gets very dry and dull, and with this cream I totally revive it. And the excess is perfect for moisturising hands and legs.
